Mark Grimm amendment to Cut Back Huge Pay Raises
On December 4, 2017, Legislator Mark Grimm proposed a budget amendment that would cut big pay raises for three top assistants in the county's Office of the Comptroller. The 12.4 percent raises would lift the salaries to more than $108,000 a year for each employee. The amemdment failed, 20-18, and the raises went through. The roll call for the vote is below. Those who voted "no" against the amemdment, supported the big raises. Review the list and make your voice heard to those who voted.
